Dr. Martens offers various shipping methods. We will do our best to process orders as soon as possible, however you may experience seasonal delays and we strongly encourage you to place your orders as early as possible. In some cases, orders may require more than one(1) business day to process.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
While these orders are prioritized, please anticipate at least one (1) business day for processing time.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Please allow up to five (5) business days for processing times during holiday & sale periods.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION:
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and estimated arrival date.
Your carrier will be listed on your shipment confirmation email. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses. Your carrier will be automatically selected based on the shipping address and cannot be changed.
